Devoltion in career

"Perpetual devotion to what a man calls his business, is only to be sustained by perpetual neglect of many other things."

--- Robert Louis Stevenson

When one is focusing in one single thing in life, the rest of the things surround him is just the black ground and the the front end that attracts his attention.

If the business is a valuable pursue, the perpetual neglect of many other things may be a worthwhile price one choose to pay...

"South of the Ocean"=下南洋

"South of the Ocean"(下南洋) is a 10-episode documentary on the history of the Nanyang Chinese produced by CCTV.
The team visited different parts of Southeast Asia including Singapore over a period of 3 years. Part of the MV for the title track was shot in Bukit Brown, though it is not really recognisable (see from 3:57 to 4:14).

有智慧的話

喜歡這些有智慧的話:

山有山的高度,水有水的深度,沒必要攀比,每個人都有自己的長處;

風有風的自由,雲有雲的溫柔,沒必要模仿,每個人都有自己的個性。

你認為快樂的,就去尋找;

你認為值得的,就去守候;

你認為幸福的,就去珍惜。

依心而行,無憾今生。
