Society vs economy

We live in a society, not an economy.

--- Eva Cox

Now

Learn from the past, set vivid, detailed goals for the future, and live in the only moment of time of which you have any control: now.

Inaction breeds doubt and fear.

Action breeds confidence and courage.

If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it.

Go out and get busy.

Be the architect of your future

We are all here for some special reason.

Stop being a prisoner of your past.

Become the architect of your future.

Emphasizes the good qualities

The nobler sort of man emphasizes the good qualities in others, and
does not accentuate the bad. The inferior does the reverse.

Everything else falls into line

Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.

You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.

   --  Lucille Ball (1911-1989)

=====
Like the safety announcement/video on board any air plane, if you have kids or people you need to attend to in the event of accident, please put on your own oxygen mask etc... first before helping those around you.

The way we do it in normal circumstance, with the pressure created by the those who need our help, it is common to scarify our own needs and end up not helping others and harm ourselves at the same time.

Gift wrapping ideas: The Green way -- Furoshiki gift wrapping

Being a library trainner, I like the idea of wrapping book in the first part of this video:

See for yourself and learn to turn your wrapping into a bag!

View the video and leanr how to wrap your presents in Furoshiki (cloth) to avoid using wrapping paper. If you like to explore the ideas in the video and have scraf or cloth at home, just use it and you will discover that unlike wrapping paper (which usually can't be recycled) scraf or cloth can be used again and again.
Here are other videos with a lot more bags ideas: I do not know the different languages used in the video, yet to learn the ideas visually is easy if you view and study the steps carefully! With so many bag making ideas, bag can be the best gift you give to your friends!

Gift Wrapping ideas: Bojagi: The Orchid Wrap

The Orchid Wrap by bobowrap.com
BOBO Wrapping Scarves are inspired by the Korean tradition of wrapping with fabric called bojagi. Happy wrapping!

人來地球不是來受苦的

Just view the video and like the following statement:

=====

There is a spiritual aspect to our lives -
when we give
we receive

- when a business does something good for
somebody, that somebody feels good about them!

--  Ben Cohen, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream
