Learning is finding out what you already know.
Doing is demonstrating that you know it.
Teaching is reminding others that they know it just as well as you.
--- Richard Bach
I like to learn things and master them, and share my learning through teaching. This quotation makes me understand my learning process, doing instinct and passions in teaching better.
It is impossible to force any unwilling learner to learn anything. If one is willing to learn something, one already has some basic knowledge or keen interest of the subject matter.
This makes learning flows with ease, and the process is just like doing Soduko, learning to develop something new from some you already know.
It is like a process of finding something you already know through the building box process.
Yet without putting things into practice, you cannot demonstrate your learning and refine it.
Through teaching, you share your learning journey and lead others to travel the same path...
With that, leaner will become a teacher, and teacher is just a learner and a learner's guide...
