Part 1: Application of New Technology in Basic Library Services
by Mr Sun Boyang 孙伯阳, Assistant Director, Stack Management & Reading Services Department

Part 2: Digital Resources Services in National Library of China
by Mr Li Chenguang 李晨光, Librarian, Digital Resources & Services Department

About the speakers:

Sun Boyang is Director of Chinese Books Reading Section, and Assistant Director of Stack Management and Reading Services Department. At the same time, he leads the RFID project in NLC. In his career, he has dealt with reader service, closed stack management, circulating book management, and reading room management. He is experienced in reader service, literature resource management, RFID technology, etc. In 2007, he was appointed a key member of Innovation Talents Plan in NLC.

孙伯阳，馆员，现任中国国家图书馆典藏阅览部主任助理兼中文图书阅览组组长，曾先后从事读者服务、闭架书库管理、图书流通管理和开架阅览室管理工作，并担任国家图书馆RFID项目组组长，完成了国家图书馆RFID系统的实施工作，具有比较丰富的图书馆读者服务、文献资源管理和RFID等图书馆新技术应用的经验。2007年被聘为国家图书馆“创新人才”计划的业务骨干。


Li Chenguang is Librarian at the National Library of China. He is in charge of the digital resource service section in the Digital Resource Department of NLC and has served in positions involving acquisition of Western language periodicals, distribution and management of ISSN, and digital resource services. He is experienced in serial publications management and digital resource services.

李晨光，馆员，现任国家图书馆数字资源部数字资源服务组副组长，曾先后从事西文期刊采访acquisition、ISSN（国际标准刊号）分配与管理、数字资源服务等工作，在连续出版物管理、数字资源服务等方面有比较丰富的经验。
