Mr Bosco Lim, the professional photographer showed us how to create a mini heart post from Korean Drama, and we happily followed!

老宅重生—「不是有機會才努力，而是努力到有機會為止。」　　　　　主講人：何培鈞（天空的院子/小鎮文創股份有限公司負責人）

何培鈞從小在南投鄉鎮長大，因為大學二年級偶然機會在竹山海拔九百公尺深山發現了百年傳統三合院廢墟，當下看見了傳統文化式微當下，他心中非常沉重的失落，於是立志把失去的價值在我們的年代重新喚回。於是，退伍後他創業舉債山中修屋，一磚一瓦歷經一年時間翻修，成為了天空的院子。

何培鈞三年前成立了小鎮文創，期許能夠讓民宿的發展更具備在地人文與產業融合，於是他們開始把盈餘在竹山鎮上承租閒置的空間，免費開放全台各地青年朋友們用專長交換住宿，短短一年內，有六百多位國內外青年朋友們，運用自己的專業到竹山解決竹山社會問題，並且協助地方的發展取之於社會資本。

於是，他們開始有更多的夥伴協助，開發更多在地產品與服務，讓團隊有更高視野，在不樂觀的鄉鎮中，看見了更多未來的發展曙光，很多時候，並非有機會才努力，相對的，是努力到有機會為止。

I recalled a group of Uni friends and me, when we were in our forty, we went to NUH together and signed up as Bone Marrow Donors.

We went happily and until now, we still recall the day with joys.
