What you are calling action-oriented could probably be call motion-oriented -- doing the steps a certain way (and often talking about it.)<br /><br />But the action-oriented listens to the talk, thinks for himself, and takes on the task, demolishing obstacles to finish the task and turns to listen about the next.<br /><br />Is this true?
